In the fall of 2016, we felt a profound calling from God, leading us to embark on a journey that would unite three smaller congregations: FFPC English Ministry, Light Church, and Compass, all in the Federal Way area. This divine guidance brought us together, and in 2017, we officially became Cross Life Community Church.

Before the merge, each church had its unique character and demographic.

• FFPC English Ministry was a vibrant community of youth and college-age members, full of energy and passion for their faith.

• Light Church, with its spirited youth and a handful of dedicated families, brought a youthful dynamism to the mix.

• Compass, predominantly composed of young families with children, added a warm, nurturing atmosphere.

When we came together, we created something beautiful and complete. Our diverse age groups and backgrounds merged seamlessly, allowing us to minister more effectively and reach out to the broader community in Federal Way. Cross Life Community Church is now a place where people of all ages can find a home, grow in their faith, and serve together.
